Important info on the Web Design Process

Good Day Taken By Storm Customers,

I wanted to take some time this morning to explain things to some of you. I know some of you understand how web design works and then I know some of you have a basic understanding of it after dabbling in Wix, Weebly, Cuties etc.

However, there are many of you who due to the simplicity of those platforms you may have used before, who do not understand how it really works. That is fine, since that is what you hire me for.

I need you all to understand, in most cases you are not the only project myself or any other web designer are working on. I need you to understand that your web person, assistant whoever your service professional is , is also someone with a life just like you.

Therefore, organization and TIME MANAGEMENT is EVERYTHING, IT IS CRITICAL!

I have about 20 emails that I monitor daily some are my own, some are ladies that I assist and 2 are my adult web business email and 1 is my vanilla web business email. This is why it is so IMPORTANT that you send me your photos in one condensed file ( so they don’t get lost and so its simple for me to put them in your site) You can use Dropbox, wetransfer or google drive.

For the content of your site if you yourself are writing the text content and not me writing it , please use GOOGLE DOCS, Word, or at least put it all together in one simple EMAIL spreadsheet. I assure you it is not just me, most web designers simply do not have the time nor do they want to sort through 20-30 emails on a project. NOTHING makes me happier than when a web design clients sends the look , format and info they want all in one neat , nice organized flow sheet. Also if you need a site faster it has to be done that way for my partner to assist. He absolutely refuses to work off several emails. He is a Virgo lol and boy is he a stickler for organization haha.

Please ladies make the life of your web professional easy and make it less frustrating for yourself as well. It is simpler and less confusing for all involved when there is a simple fluid document with content and a simple file transfer where things can be easily located and referred back to.
